Terms of Use
Effective 30 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Knox Go mobile app and the Knox web dashboard, operated by Knox Learning Academy LLP (“Knox”). By signing in, you agree to them.
1. What Knox Go is
Knox Go is a private app for people enrolled at or employed by Knox Learning Academy. It gives students access to their timetable, attendance, study material, tests, practice problems, results, fee records and a channel to ask their teachers questions. Staff and faculty use it to run those same activities.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are issued by Knox. You cannot register yourself, and you may not create an account for anyone else.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell the academy office immediately if you believe someone else has used your account.
- Your account remains active while you are enrolled or employed. We may suspend or close it when that ends, or if these terms are breached.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, copy, record or republish study material, question papers or any other Knox content outside the academy;
- cheat in, or attempt to manipulate, any test — including sharing answers;
- post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- upload malware, or attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- use another person’s account, or misrepresent who you are.
4. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the work you upload — submissions, doubts, comments and attachments. You grant Knox permission to store and display that content to the staff and faculty who need it in order to teach and assess you.
Knox Go is a closed network limited to our own students and staff, and content is visible only to your teachers and the academy. If you see something inappropriate, report it to the academy office at [email protected]. We may remove content that breaches these terms and take disciplinary action under academy policy.
5. Our content
Study material, tests, practice problems and the app itself belong to Knox or its licensors. You may use them for your own study while enrolled. You may not sell, distribute or create derivative works from them.
6. Fees and payments
Tuition fees are for real-world coaching services and are collected at the academy office or by the payment methods the academy tells you about. No payment is taken inside the app. The app only shows your fee record and receipts for payments already made. Fee amounts, due dates and any refund entitlement are governed by your enrolment agreement with the academy, not by these terms.
7. Rewards and games
The app includes practice games that award points. Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for money. They may be withdrawn or reset at any time, and any reward offered for them is at the academy’s discretion.
8. Availability
We work to keep Knox Go available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. The app is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law, and it does not replace the academy’s official records — where the two differ, the academy’s records govern.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms. You can close your account at any time — see Account deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and significant updates will be notified in the app. Continuing to use Knox Go means you accept the update.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bettiah, Bihar have jurisdiction over any dispute.
